These terms govern the carriage of passengers and luggage on Se.re.mar ships. Purchasing a ticket implies acceptance of these rules, regulated by articles 396 et seq. of the Navigation Code and EU Regulation 1177/2010.
Tickets: Travel is allowed only with a valid, personal, non-transferable ticket. Keep it throughout the journey and show it to the crew. Tickets are valid only for the indicated date and route. No refunds if unused.
Lost or stolen tickets: Must be reported to authorities and company. A copy of the report is required to issue a replacement ticket, which must be paid for. Refund possible if unused after 6 months.
Fines: Traveling without a valid ticket or with an irregular ticket incurs fines up to twice the ticket price, minimum €77.47. Tickets bought on board have a €10 surcharge.
Prices and fares: Available on www.sorrentolines.com and sales points. Minors under 18 must be accompanied. Infants under 1 year travel free but must have a free ticket.
Boarding: Passengers must arrive at least 15 minutes before departure with a valid ticket. Boarding may be denied if late or for safety reasons.
Conduct onboard: Passengers must follow safety, hygiene, and behavioral rules. Throwing objects into the sea or littering is prohibited.
Luggage: One bag per passenger allowed, max size 50x35x20 cm and max weight 9 kg. Extra or oversized baggage subject to extra charges. Claims for damage must be made at disembarkation.
Pets: One pet per passenger allowed, small or medium size, on leash and muzzle. Must be declared at ticket purchase and extra fees apply. Health certificates may be required.
Delays and cancellations: Schedules are indicative and subject to change due to weather, port traffic or force majeure. Refunds are due if cancellation or changes are caused by the company.
Refunds and ticket changes:
Cancellation 10 days before departure: 90% refund
Cancellation 2 days before departure: 50% refund
Cancellation within 48 hours: no refund
Special fare tickets non-refundable
Date/time changes allowed only if seats available, minimum 1 hour notice, with fare difference payable.
